We aim to resolve your complaint at your first point of contact with us and acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours or as soon as practicable. If we are unable to resolve your complaint within 5 business days and require more time to investigate, we will:

  • Assess and investigate further into it for you;
  • Provide you with a complaint reference number and our contact details;
  • Keep you informed of our progress; and
  • Provide you with an IDR Response.

If you are not satisfied with our response and wish to proceed further, you can refer your complaint to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA).
