We've temporarily paused our new SMS settlement notifications

On 5 September, we introduced new SMS notifications to be sent directly to your mobile number the day before trade settlement is due (T+1), reminding you to have sufficient funds available in your linked bank account.

While we know these notifications have the potential to be a great help, some customers told us that we haven’t quite got them right just yet so we’ve decided to hit pause on the notifications while we work to take on the feedback we’ve received.

Please bear with us while we work to get the notifications up to where they need to be, and we’ll come back to you as soon as possible to let you know when we will re-start the service.
